A structured approach
First meeting
We discuss your project, your needs, your inspirations and your lifestyle. This step defines the overall direction of the project.
Study and design
We analyse the potential of your space and propose optimised layout solutions. Plans, materials, moods and layouts are defined at this stage.
Project validation
Technical and aesthetic choices are finalised to prepare smoothly for the execution phase.
Execution and follow-up
Fred oversees the execution of the works — painting, drywall, bespoke fittings — bringing the attention to finish that comes from 20 years of hands-on renovation experience. For projects requiring structural works or specific trades (plumbing, electrics, air conditioning, façade, roofing, guttering, landscaping, groundwork, automation, access control and security), we work with trusted partners, whose work we coordinate to ensure consistency across the whole project.
Handover
Your new interior comes to life. We take care of the finishing touches and final details to deliver a space that’s ready to live in.
